Vacation rental homes are the perfect alternative to hotels and timeshare properties.

Action Keys Realty is the Property Management Company for more than 65 vacation rental homes. All of these vacation rentals are located between Marathon (MM 45) and Key West (MM 5). Most are located on Summerland, Cudjoe and Big Pine Keys.

All of these homes are on the water, some offer open-water views with boating access and others are on canals. These are all houses, not condo’s or apartments, ALL are privately owned, and do not include utilities.

Vacation rentals are fully furnished, include all linens, and offer completely equipped kitchens. Some offer swimming pools, open water views and deep-water canals. Bring your boat, fishing gear, dive equipment and friends – we’ve got the rest!
