Long-Term Rental Information

Action Keys Realty is the Property Management Company for more than 25 rental homes. All of these homes are privately owned and are located in the Lower Florida Keys, between Key West (MM0) and Marathon (MM45).

Long-term rental homes are properties rented for more than 30 days.
Typically, these homes require a 6-month to 1-year lease. These homes, unless otherwise noted, are not furnished and do not include utilities. If you are interested in any of our rental homes, it will be necessary for you to complete a rental application and sign appropriate lease documentation with our office.

All of these long-term rentals require first/last/security (F/L/S).
